Glympse Favorites is a free feature in the Glympse app that lets you quickly access and share your location with the people you connect with most — like family, close friends, or teammates.
By saving someone as a “Favorite,” you can:
- Share your location with a single tap — no need to search through your contacts.
- Keep your go-to people at your fingertips, making location sharing fast and effortless.
- Easily manage your list — add, remove, or update Favorites anytime within the app.
It’s a simple way to streamline location sharing for everyday routines — whether you’re picking someone up, coordinating meetups, or just letting a loved one know you’re on your way.
How do I add or remove a Favorite in the Glympse app?
To add a Favorite:
- Open the Glympse app.
- Tap the ‘G’ icon at the bottom.
- Click on ‘New Favorite’
- Search or select the contact you’d like to add.
- Tap to save them as a Favorite.
To remove a Favorite:
- Click on the ‘G’ icon at the bottom in the app
- Go on the ‘View All’ button across from Favorites in the app.
- Click on the person’s name you want to remove.
- Tap ‘Delete Favorite‘ to remove them from your list.
You can always add them back later if needed.
Can I Favorite someone who doesn’t use the Glympse app?
Yes! You can Favorite and share your location with anyone — even if they don’t have the Glympse app.
They’ll receive your Glympse via text or email as a secure web link that opens in their mobile browser. No app download required for them.
