While Glympse Private Groups cannot be deleted, any member (including the creator) can leave the group at any time.
Steps to Leave a Private Group:
- Open the Glympse app.
- Tap on the “Groups” icon at the bottom.
- Select the group you want to leave.
- If on an Android phone: Tap the three dots in the upper right corner, select “Edit Group” and tap on the “Leave Group” button.
- If on an iPhone: Tap “Edit” in the group details screen and then tap “Leave Group.”
Notes: Leaving a group will not delete the group or affect other members. Glympse Private Groups do not expire, but individual location shares will expire after the time you set.
