Using your calendar with the Glympse app is a quick and efficient way to share your location for upcoming appointments. Here’s how it works:
- Open the Glympse app and tap the “G” button at the bottom of the main screen.
- Select “Calendar Events.”
- If prompted, allow Glympse to access your calendar.
- Glympse will display any events scheduled in the next 16 hours.
- Choose the event you’re heading to — Glympse will automatically fill in key details:
- Event title becomes the message.
- Event location is set as the destination.
- Attendees are added as recipients.
- Any phone numbers in the event description are also included.
Tip: The more details your calendar event includes (name, address, phone number, etc.), the more useful and seamless this feature becomes.
It’s a smart way to save time and make sure everyone knows where you are — without the back-and-forth texts or calls.
