If Glympse isn’t working correctly, it could be due to:
- Weak connectivity, like poor cellular signal, bad weather, or tall buildings blocking cell coverage
- Your phone has a low battery issue
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Check your GPS & Location Settings on your phone. Go to your phone’s “Settings” and make sure that the Glympse app has location permissions enabled.
- Switch your phone to WiFi or move to an area with a stronger cellular signal.
- Close and reopen the Glympse app to refresh the connection.
