Glympse Private Group is a secure, invite-only space within the Glympse app where a group of people can share real-time locations on a private map. It’s perfect for staying connected when everyone needs to know where everyone else is — like on road trips, group hikes, family outings, sports teams, or event staff coordination.
Important Note: Glympse Private Groups do not have a single owner. All members have equal permissions and can edit group settings, invite or remove members, leave the group at any time. No one person can delete the group, as group functionality is designed to be shared and flexible among all participants.
How It Works:
- Only invited members who are signed in to Glympse can join or access the group.
- Members can share their live location and request the location of others in the group.
- Everyone in the group can see who is actively sharing at any time.
