If you forget your Premium Tag password, you can reset it in the Glympse app or the Admin Portal.
In the Glympse App:
- Open the app and tap “Premium” in the bottom menu.
- Select the tag you want to update.
- Tap “Update Password”, enter a new password, and hit “Save”.
In the Admin Portal:
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Click “Manage Tags” on the left menu.
- Select the lock icon next to the tag.
- Closed lock = password-protected
- Open lock = anyone can join
- Enter a new password and click “Save Password” or choose “Remove Password”.
