Why Glympse Santa Tracker Experience?
Glympse is a popular global app for sharing real-time location information with friends, family, and colleagues. The Glympse Santa Tracker experience uses the Glympse app’s Premium Tags feature to show Santa’s real-time location in holiday parades or events branded to your town or organization.
Residents can view the experience for free and do not need to download the app. For the organization or business creating an account, there is a USD $99 annual fee. The account is automatically renewed after one year to ensure you have a specific tag name that stays with your organization year after year. Many organizations find a sponsor to help with the small cost, offering that sponsor the advertising space at the bottom of the app.

No; you must use Glympse Premium Tags for a Santa Tracker, not Glympse Premium Shares. Glympse Premium Shares are used by small businesses with technicians and delivery drivers, not Santas.
Yes! Simply create a new Glympse Premium Tag (e.g. “EasterBunny<YourTown>” or “<YourTown> Ice CreamTruck,”) and customize the colors and logos to match your event’s brand.
- Avatar: Square format, 63x63px, with any background, including transparent.
- Header: Rectangular, ideally 570x42px; scales by height, with any background.
- Ad Image: Rectangular, 468x60px; scales down as needed, with any background.
All images should be under 8MB and in JPG or PNG format.
To reset your Glympse Premium Tag password in the Glympse App, open the app, tap “Premium” in the bottom menu, select the tag you want to edit, then choose ‘Update Password,’ enter a new password, and hit “Save.” In the Admin Portal, log in, click “Manage Tags” on the left, select the lock icon next to the tag, and either set or update the password by typing a new one and clicking “Save Password” (or “Remove Password” if needed). Note: Only new members need the updated password; existing members won’t require it.
